Pet Policy
At The Internacional, we understand that pets are family, and we’re happy to welcome your furry companions into our community! To ensure a harmonious environment for all residents, we ask that you adhere to the following pet guidelines:
Allowed Pets: We welcome cats and dogs at The Internacional. Each apartment can have up to two pets.
Weight Limit: Dogs must not exceed 50 lbs in weight. Cats do not have a weight limit.
Pet Fee & Deposit:
- Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet is required.
- Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per month will be added to your rent for each pet.
Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds of dogs may be restricted based on insurance guidelines. Please inquire with the leasing office for a list of restricted breeds.
Leash & Control: All pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside of your apartment. Pets should always be under control and supervised.
Pet Waste: Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately. Pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the property for your use.
Noise: To ensure a peaceful environment, pets must not disturb other residents. Persistent barking or noise complaints may result in a review of your pet approval.
Vaccination & Licensing: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and have valid licensing as required by local ordinances.
